Secretly on Jillian’s Black Team
January 12th, 2010 at 11:24 pm . Posted in Photos, Weigh In .
This took me a lot of guts to post this picture on here. I hate full body pictures of myself. You can also see that I love wearing black and am secretly on my own black team for The Biggest Loser.
Last week I noticed my weight scale wasn’t really working since I weighed myself with Wii Fit and it said I weighed less. I didn’t know shopping for a new weight scale could be so exciting! We now have a new fancy weight scale that shows you your body fat percentage and tells you how much you have to lose based on the information we entered at the beginning with our weight goal. So I lost 4.2 pounds and I am hoping I can still pull some pounds off this week. I am obsessed with weighing myself everyday and I need to stop doing that! However I like knowing if that day was bad for me so I can acknowledge what it was and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Tonight I felt amazing when I went to the gym with my Dad. We were working out on the elliptical bike only when a few minutes later, a young gal, got on to the bike next to me and was going at a crazy speed! I wanted to thank her at the end because she seriously brought some game in me. I was bobbing up and down and I’d like to think that helps with my weight loss… perhaps maybe make my boobs smaller!
My new goal is to stay longer at the gym and do more work outs since I need to spice it up before I get bored.
My new favorite dessert is fat-free sherbet!

Sounds like you’re getting into it
I’m stuck in a rut at the moment and totally not motivated, but I’m maintaining which is better than putting on I suppose!

Yay, you’re doing great! 4.2 pounds is awesome!! Keep it up, lady! You’re motivating so many people, myself included. You’re totally beating me on weight loss by double, too

Those skinny crazy girls that hit the elliptical at a hundred miles an hour KILL ME. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to move that fast in my life! I just joined the gym on campus (it’s in the building where I work, so I have no excuse) and even though between work and walking the dog and working out, my days are 14 hours long….it feels good. I love that the gym is the one place I can go where no one can expect me to do anything or multitask – it’s strangely relaxing.
You look thinner already. I’m serious. GET IT, GIRL!!!! Love you.

You look great. Good on you!
I have been doing well too. Lost almost 5kg, which I guess is around 9 pounds this week.
We’re going to be hot bloggers, my friend. xx

For the first 8-9 months (up until I lost the 100), I weighed every single day. I felt it kept me accountable.
You look too cute
(and I’m working on an email back to you)

We share a similiar goal….Operation Smaller Boobs! Also, if I was on BL…I’d def. want to be on Jillian’s team.

I picked up a few tricks during Personal Training at LA Fitness. We can workout together while I’m there and I’ll help you spice it up, if you’d like.
Can’t wait.

Love me some sherbet. And I commend you for putting a full-body pic up! I think you’re beautiful but clearly understand the desire to get fit. I don’t know if I;d post a full body pic of myself!

when i see you wear that shirt, i think i love ### (your goal weight).
from my experience on the bike in spinning classes—it really isn’t the speed so much that is the factor but the resistance you put on when on the bike that will make a difference. just be sure you’re working hard with resistance as well and those thighs will burn the next day!
can’t wait to see the progress pictures ooo hah!

How swiftly can someone begin to witness the results from employing it?
