		<description>Your friend  is definitely right about the importance of using weights. It seems like not enough people are aware, but if you use weights, you can burn more fat than when you do cardio. When I used to work out more, I would do cardio for 10, 15 minutes then use weights for the remainder of the hour. It could be 30/30 for you.

You could always get those wrist things where you strap on 3 extra pounds each and move your arms while on the treadmill. :)</description>
