I&#039;m on a weightloss journey as well and wanted to give you some pointers that I&#039;ve found really help me. My friend and I have started food logs in Google Docs and share them with each other, so we&#039;re accountable to each other for what we eat. I&#039;ve put my weight goal in big numbers on the fridge, and some of our pantry cabinets. I&#039;ve also been spinning every morning at 5:30am and sometimes squeeze in lifting/more cardio after work at night. My friend and I call ourselves Team UberSexy. You are more than welcome to be a satellite member! I find having a buddy really helps. I&#039;ve also told my boyfriend to try his hardest to encourage me to eat less... he&#039;s really been trying to help, but it&#039;s hard for him to understand, because he&#039;s as skinny as a stick! Another thing.... for the longest time, I was hung up on &quot;numbers&quot; and could never tell my weight amount to anyone... but I told my workout buddy, and she told me her weight, and now we&#039;re checking up on each other to see how the numbers are dropping, etc. I think it helps me accept the fact that I need to lose weight by accepting the number and saying it out loud.
Anyway, keep up the great work, I think your blog is a great idea and a great way for your friends to share ideas and give input. I&#039;ve definitely gotten some ideas from your blog!
