Goals

- Start running and learn to love it!  (I just started running on the treadmill & I love it!)

- Run a marathon  (I’m thinking about signing up for a 5k run to start with later this year)

- Discover more healthy recipes

- Chew Extra Gum when I’m craving for something sweet  (This works and actually drinking water makes me feel full)

- Save money on food by shopping at Costco and use Ziploc (Zip ‘n Steam)

- Exercise every day!

- Cut back on my Diet Coke intake & drink more water

- Always eat breakfast even if I’m not hungry  (I need to work on this especially when I’m running late in the mornings)

- Drink TONS of water everyday!  (I’m drinking water but I need to drink MORE)

- Plan meals ahead of time and possibly for the week 

- Bring lunch to work everyday to avoid eating out  (I haven’t gone out for lunch in a while! I think my wallet likes me now)
